·         We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means any changes made within less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 50% of value of service scheduled.       We are all coping with stress-related overwhelm in our bodies and our minds. Use this hour to "reset" yourself with Dr. Elliott's own mix of joint compression and mobilization, craniosacral, acupressure points and myofascial work to align yourself from the inside out.

      Integrating cranial mobilization, trigger point therapy and muscle energy techniques, this treatment focuses on releasing fascial adhesions in the face, head and neck; soothing muscle tightness and softening tension along the suture line.  Benefits also include reduced under eye swelling and a natural glow from lymph movement.     • Wellness Hour - Hands and Feet $120

      Hands move in complex ways from holding the most delicate object to threading needles to lifting heavy objects.  So do feet: standing, walking, jumping and dancing, some are even prehensile! This comes from the tiny bones, muscles and joints in each hand and foot.  

      Spend an hour relaxing in our Rejuvenation Room with the infrared mat along with weighted warming mitts and booties while I use masks, massage and mobilization to care for those overworked hands and feet.  With all of the hard work they do, it's time to give them some TLC.

    • NEW! Wellness Hour - Headache Help $120
      If you regularly suffer from headache pain, be it from migraines, tension or neck problems, this time will allow us to focus on releasing fascial adhesions in the face, head and neck; soothe muscle tightness and soften the tension along the suture line, allowing for better motion.    
      One hour of focused head and neck care including warm towels and lymph movement; fascial release, and microcurrent* to help release tension in the face and neck; cranial and cervical spine mobilization.
    • Wellness Hour - Reset $120
      This Manual Therapy and Relaxation Wellness Hour is a great option for those looking for the "reset" button on your body.  With a combination of therapies provided to increase cellular energy production (mitochondrial activation); increase blood flow with better tissue oxygenation and removal of cellular waste products; improve range of motion in the joints; decrease muscle tension; decrease pain; and overall enhance relaxation, 60 minutes will help to reset your neuro-musculo-skeletal systems!
    • Wellness Hour - Shine and Glow, and a bit Mo' $120
      What a lovely bit of self care for you!  Healing arts, backed by science.
      This Wellness Hour includes a 30 minute session in the Rejuvenation Room - Full body far infrared heat and Celluma Light panel WITH a 10 minute TherFace Mask session and ending with soothing ToGo Spa eye gels.  Then Dr. C will come in for a 30 min cranial session - manual therapy for the muscles and mobilization for the joints of the head, neck and upper shoulder regions.
    • Wellness Hour - TMJ Support $120

      Do you regularly experience: pain or tenderness of your jaw (TMJ); aching pain in and around your ear; headaches, especially around your temples; aching facial pain; and/or difficulty chewing or pain/popping or locking in the jaw while chewing?  You may be suffering from a disorder in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).  If you have seen your doctor or dentist and you haven’t felt the relief you’d like, consider adding hands-on therapy to help release tension and allow for better movement of the TMJ and surrounding structures.  

      One hour focused care using percussion, microcurrent*, trigger point release and joint mobilization of the head and necks.

      Solo sessions are $60 each. Save by purchasing a package: 5 session packages are $275 and 10 session packages are $500.
      Weekly sessions are optimal, but twice-weekly sessions are beneficial for extra rejuvenation and relaxation needs!

      What a lovely bit of self care for you!  A 30 minute session in the Rejuvenation Room - Full body far infrared heat and Celluma Light panel WITH a 10 minute TherFace Mask session and ending with soothing ToGo Spa eye gels.
    • RR - Cozy up! Infrared mat, weighted mitts and booties $60

      30 minutes of solitude in our Rejuvenation Room; resting on the far-infrared heated jade stone therapy mat, wearing hand and foot masks of intensely moisturizing blend of macadamia nut and rosehip oils, shea and coconut butters while wearing heated and weighted mitts and booties.   Deep heating may help improve circulation and soothe arthritis and muscle pain. This service is an excellent addition before or after your chiropractic appointment. 

    • Theragun - 15min $25
      15 minutes of focused Theragun percussion.  This is a good amount of time for one region of care - like a hip or lower body condition; shoulder or arm condition, or  full torso relaxation!
    • RR - LED therapy only $40
      Use this appointment time if you are in the middle of a treatment protocol using the LED panel; or would just like a "wellness visit" for rest, repair and relaxation.  
    • RR - Infrared Therapy $40

      30 minutes resting on the far-infrared heated jade stone therapy mat to help improve circulation and soothe muscle pain. This service is an excellent addition before or after your chiropractic appointment. 


    • New Injury - established patient
      This time slot is for established patients that have experienced a new injury.  Please leave a brief message for Dr. Elliott so she can prepare for your visit.
    • New Motor Vehicle Accident Injury(established patient)
      This slot allows Dr. Elliott to prepare the appropriate paperwork and equipment for patients that have been involved in a motor vehicle collision.  Please bring your claim number and leave a short note for Dr. Elliott is there are specific areas of concern other than the spine.

      30 minutes of Theragun percussion.  Choose this for full body therapy and relaxation!
    • Individual Therapeutic Exercises
      Dr. Elliott is now offering one-on-one therapeutic exercises and in-office yoga sessions for those recovering from an injury, looking to manage or resolve chronic pain or guide you in developing a home exercise routine using yoga, postural awareness and resistance bands.

  • Ear Seeds $20
    Add this service on to any of Dr. Caroleigh's appointments.  Two of the top three reasons to use Ear seeds include pain and stress/anxiety relief.  
    This therapy, called auriculotherapy, uses small gold pellets to stimulate pressure points. While this practice focuses on different pressure points than those used in acupuncture or other forms of acupressure, the same basic principles apply.
